Ordering

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection at womens-hush.com and click on the items you wish to purchase. Select your size and colour, then click ‘Add to Bag’. When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on your bag and proceed to the checkout. You will be guided through the simple process of entering your delivery details and making a payment.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on womens-hush.com.

Can I amend my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the delivery address, size, colour, or adding/removing items. If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team and we will attempt to cancel the order. If successful, you can then place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?

Delivery

What are your delivery options?
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs. Standard delivery is free on orders over a certain amount. We also offer express and next-day delivery options for an additional fee. Do you deliver internationally?

How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the service you selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Express and next-day delivery options are also available. Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Please use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email to check the status of your delivery first. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your parcel, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings and face coverings unless they are faulty.

How do I return an item?
Returns are easy. Please log into your account on womens-hush.com and navigate to your order history. Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate a returns note. Package your item securely, include the note, and post it back to us using a traceable service.

How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 14 days for us to process it. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item for a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item on womens-hush.com.

Where can I find your size guide?
A comprehensive size guide for all our clothing and footwear can be found on our website. Simply navigate to the product page you are interested in and click on the ‘Size Guide’ link for detailed measurements.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
We regularly restock our popular items. If an item you want is out of stock, you can often sign up to be notified via email when it becomes available again. Please check the product page for this option.

My item is faulty. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and details (including photos) of the fault. We will be happy to assist you and arrange a replacement or refund.
