What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Our returns policy allows you to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as earrings and face coverings unless they are faulty.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is simple through our online returns process. Please log into your account on womens-hush.com and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to generate your returns authorization and postage label. Once completed, package your items securely, include the returns note, and post them back to us using the provided label.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned package at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges through our returns system. To get a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item on womens-hush.com. This is the fastest way to ensure you secure the item you want.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage costs depend on the reason for return:
- If you are returning an item because it is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover the return postage costs.
- If you are returning an item for any other reason (such as change of mind), you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
We apologize if your item has arrived in unsatisfactory condition. Please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the fault or damage. Our team will guide you through the specific process for faulty items and arrange a prepaid returns label if needed.
I returned an item but haven’t received my refund. What should I do?
If it has been more than 14 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and any tracking information. We will be happy to investigate the status of your refund.
Do you offer refunds to store credit?
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit as an alternative, which will be issued to your account on womens-hush.com.
What items are non-returnable?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, face coverings, and other intimate apparel unless the items are faulty or incorrect. This is in accordance with UK consumer law.
